- Shipping is completely free—no hidden fees at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days; however, this is not a guarantee and may vary due to customs clearance, shipping delays, or high order volumes.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- There are no additional customs duties or import taxes for the customer. Everything is included in the price you pay at checkout. No extra fees, no surprises.
5. Tracking Information
We use the most appropriate carrier based on the destination and order size.
- Tracking codes may or may not be provided, depending on the selected carrier.
- If you do not receive a tracking number and need an update, please contact us at official.ecoco.store@gmail.com, and we will respond promptly.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please email us at official.ecoco.store@gmail.com to receive an update on your package.
- If the tracking status shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please email us your full address, and we will investigate with the carrier to determine the package’s location.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
- If an order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage, and we will assess the situation for a possible reshipment or refund.
