Refund policy

We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged and only within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been damaged upon arrival. You must email us within 10 days of delivery at official.ecoco.store@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Any other relevant details that help us assess the issue

Assessment Process

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the case and respond within 5 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions, including where to send the item and whether a return shipping label will be provided.

Please do not return any items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged

  • Any claims made after the 10-day window

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

If your return is approved and the damaged item is received, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
